Cross Resort Terms and Conditions

At Cross Resort Yerevan, the privacy and confidentiality of user information are important. We are committe to maintaining the privacy and security of your user information. We may update this policy from time to time, so please check here frequently. However Cross Resort Hotel will not disclose identifiable user information to any third party without consent. We are committed to safeguarding your privacy while visiting the Cross Resort Hotel website.

 


Hotel policies

DEPOSITS

All room reservations at Cross Resort require a 25% deposit either by credit card, wire transfer, or by a confirmed booking via a pre-approved travel agent or a pre-approved company.


PAYMENT

Payments to Cross Resort are to be made on the date(s) and in the amounts to be calculated as specified at the time of booking or specified in contracts. If any services under the contract are varied prior to arrival. So the payment made will reflect the latest details contained in the written details confirmed by Cross Resort. Any additional charges due to Cross Resort for services provided shall be paid by the Client on the presentation of an invoice.


CANCELLATION AND “NO SHOW” POLICY

Any cancellation affects us significantly. Consequently, so we adhere to a strict cancellation policy. The 25% deposit is refundable if we receive notice more than 14 days in advance of arrival date. Cancellations received within 13 days of arrival will be charged 100% of the booking arrangement.


ROOM AVAILABILITY

Specific rooms cannot always be a guarantee. Reserved rooms are available to the guest from 2 pm on the arrival date. Also, rooms must be vacated no later than 12noon on the day of departure and 2 pm from the demesne. Additional charges will be applied to the guest account for later departures.



DOGS /PETS

The Cross Resort allows pets with the only preliminary request.

Please respect the following rules:

  • Your pet should remain leashed at all times while in public areas.
  • Please ensure your dog refrains from barking and inconveniencing other guests
  • Cats must have their own litter tray.
  • Please make arrangements regarding your pet at least 48 hours before arrival.

CHILDREN POLICY

  • We welcome children of all ages. When the room has benn reserved by one group for exclusive use. For individual reservations and dinner reservations, we welcome children over the age of 12.
  • Kid bed is available for free.
  • Children less than 12 years old stay free in their parents’ room.
  • Extra bed in the room – 10.000 AMD.

SECURITY 

We pride ourselves on our safe environment. However, we do encourage guests to use their in-room safety deposit boxes for valuable items, as the resort cannot be held responsible for any losses.
